Description
Nestled into the banks of Arsenal Island in the Mississippi River, Quarters One has a rich and long history as being the residence of the commanding officer of Rock Island Arsenal. Built in 1871, the building also has a very rich legacy of haunting lore and fascinating history. Join us for a review of the history of this historic building and some of the residence who may still even inhabit it.
